Mora Studio is a phone app for writing lyrics and melody together and hearing them sung. This page says what the app and this website collect, why, who handles it, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can: your songs, lyrics and audio stay on your phone unless you choose to export or send them yourself.
What we collect

The website itself uses no advertising or tracking cookies of ours. Cloudflare may set technical cookies to protect the site and run its human check (Turnstile).
What stays on your phone
Songs, lyrics, notes, recordings, voicebanks and exports are stored on your phone (and in the "Mora Studio" folder if you allow it). Rendering voices on your phone, writing lyric suggestions "on this phone" and everything else offline never sends them to us. If you export a file and share it, that's up to you.
Who handles your data for us
- Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Google Play services): sign-in and our database.
- Cloudflare: hosting, storage, serverless code, the human check (Turnstile), the AI model for online suggestions, and email.
- Resend: only if used as a backup for sending email.
These companies process data on our behalf under their own terms. We don't sell your data and don't share it for advertising. Your data may be processed outside your country, including in Japan and the United States.
How long we keep it
Account, credits and application records are kept while your account or the beta exists. Diagnostics are kept as long as we need them to fix problems and are deleted when we no longer do. Network addresses used for limits are kept 24 hours.
Your choices
- Turn off diagnostics in the app's Settings at any time.
- Edit or clear your beta profile on the beta page whenever you like.
- Ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to the address below. We'll do it within a reasonable time and tell you when it's done. Where the law gives you more rights (for example under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information or the EU's GDPR), we honor them.
Children
Mora Studio isn't meant for children under 13 (or under 16 where the law sets that age). If you think a child has sent us information, write to us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above, and tell beta testers in the app or by email when the change matters.
